To sign up to access the community based features of this web site you will be asked to submit information about yourself which is personally identifiable. By entering your details in the fields requested, your personal details to be used by both SBPD and its service providers to enable SBPD and its service providers to supply you with the services you select. Notwithstanding this you can access our home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data save information collected by cookies that we use (see below) and subject to the terms of our disclaimer.

Your personal information (which includes your name, address and any other details you provide to us which concern you as an individual) may be processed both by SBPD, as the Data Controller, and our business partners. Purpose of processing
We will use your information to provide you with access to the community based features of this web site, to allow you to post messages on message boards or forums, to upload resources to the Knowledge Base, SBPD’s repository of multimedia resources, materials, support and examples of effective practice, and to set up a personal profile. If you have given consent while registering, we may process your information to keep you informed about our services via email or by post and to give you the opportunity to be involved in evaluation/improvement of SBPD programmes and services. Your information may also be used to enable us and third parties acting on our behalf to analyze your information, in a non-identifying form, (generally in the form of statistics), so that we can identify trends about usage of our web site or services and improve them.
Disclosure of information
In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. We undertake not to provide your personal information to third parties save in accordance with this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.

Improvement services providers
By submitting an application to the directory of improvement services providers published on this web site, You agree:
(a) to confirm that the information given is correct.
(b) to have read the code of practice for listed suppliers and agree to abide by it.
(c) to authorize SBPD to publish the information in this application form to list the services you/your organization offer
(d) to accept that SBPD have the right to make the final decision about listing you/your organization and that SBPD will not necessarily give reasons for its decisions in this respect.
You also understand that:
(a) these requirements apply to every listed organization or individual consultant.
(b) any advice offered to a provider shall not incur any liability or legal responsibility for SBPD, whether such advice is accepted, implemented or rejected by the provider.
(c) the selection of the supplier is the sole responsibility of providers; no guarantee can be given that work will be awarded to you/your organization and that neither SBPD nor the providers will give reasons for their decisions.
(d) SBPD will carry out spot checks on applications, requesting evidence of information provided herewith, and any false information supplied will automatically result in disqualification should this be discovered subsequent to publication in the Directory.
(e) the information you supply will be held on a database available to anyone accessing the portal. The data will be shared if you/your organization is selected for the provision of any improvement service.
(f) providers who select you/your organization to deliver improvement services will be invited to give feedback on the services you/your organization provided by rating and commenting on their level of satisfaction.
(g) the data you have provided in the application form will not be used for any other purpose than that stated above.

The following provisions may be curtailed or disallowed by the laws of certain jurisdictions. In such case, the terms hereof are to be read as excluding or limiting such term so as to satisfy such law.
